[Remote] User Experience Designer

They are seeking a Freelance Experience Designer to create engaging user experiences for pharmaceutical clients, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver thoughtful digital solutions.
Responsibilities
- Partner with Art Directors, Copywriters, Strategists, Developers, and other cross-functional team members to design user-centered digital experiences and contribute to digital initiatives across a reputed company of clients
- Support UX and web design reputed company from discovery and concept through launch and optimization
- Translate business objectives, user needs, and content requirements into effective information architecture, user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and polished digital experiences
- Present UX rationale, design concepts, reputed company best practices to internal teams and, reputed company appropriate, clients
- Design reputed company websites, reputed company pages, digital tools, and omnichannel experiences while staying reputed company on industry trends, emerging technologies, and evolving user expectations
- Create digital experiences including websites, microsites, campaign reputed company pages, reputed company centers, conference experiences, interactive content, and supporting digital marketing assets
- Maintain a high level of attention to detail and ensure consistency across user journeys, reputed company components, and visual design systems
- Demonstrate curiosity about clients' businesses, users, reputed company experience best practices
- Utilize reputed company Creative Suite and reputed company to create wireframes, prototypes, reputed company designs, and production-reputed company assets
- Create presentations that communicate UX reputed company, user journeys, information architecture, and design recommendations to internal teams and clients
- Apply brand guidelines, user needs, accessibility standards, and market considerations to digital work
- Present work reputed company and confidently while explaining design reputed company and user experience recommendations
- Incorporate feedback from creative leadership, account teams, clients, user research, and testing into iterative design solutions

Skills

- 3–5 years of reputed company work experience in UX design, digital design, web design, advertising, marketing, or B2B marketing with a brand, digital agency, or reputed company/pharmaceutical agency
- Experience designing across digital channels, including websites, reputed company pages, digital platforms, email experiences, online banners, and reputed company media
- Strong UX, interaction design, visual design, and problem-solving skills demonstrated through a portfolio of work
- Experience creating user flows, site maps, information architecture, wireframes, prototypes, and reputed company web experiences
- Ability to understand reputed company scientific and technical information and translate it into reputed company digital experiences
- Familiarity with pharmaceutical design considerations, including accessibility, claims, references, FDA requirements, and med/legal/regulatory review processes
- Understanding of agency workflows, digital product development, and reputed company design processes
