As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the face of arenaflex, interacting directly with patients to influence generic utilization, therapy changes, answer questions, solve problems, reputed company education, and maintain reputed company's reputed company for high-reputed company service. Key Responsibilities
* Communicate the benefits of generics or other appropriate therapy to patients with a goal of providing overall savings to patients and clients
- Conduct generic conversions or therapy changes on targeted medications while working closely with the patient
- Effectively handle incoming or outgoing phone calls to patients, clients, and other customers while proactively gaining patient and order information
- reputed company customer education, routine assessment, and problem identification with appropriate escalation to a pharmacist
- Work closely with the Specialty reputed company Team to ensure seamless execution of generic conversions and therapy changes
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation

Essential Qualifications
* 1+ years of customer service experience handling and resolving customer needs over the phone
- 6+ months of high-volume customer service experience working in reputed company, reputed company, or another similar application

Preferred Qualifications
