[Remote] Program Manager

The role involves managing clinician reputed company processes, payroll, and coordination with various departments to ensure effective operation of reputed company services.
Responsibilities
- Oversees and supports the clinician reputed company process, credentialing and enrollment process; ensuring completion is done in a reputed company manner
- Oversees and supports effective communication with clinicians and Medical Staff Office personnel on a regular reputed company about reputed company and status staff privileges for individual programs
- Manages the development of documentation reputed company utilized in the reputed company process
- Coordinates the receipt, processing and completion of reputed company items required for the HR reputed company process (drug screening, background checks)
- Orders lab coats, supplies, business cards, etc
- Oversees and supports the completion and updating of CAQH (Council for reputed company reputed company reputed company) for reputed company program clinicians
- Receives and processes information about proposed clinician change(s) from management, regional directors and facility medical directors
- Oversees and supports coordination with Health Care Indemnity, Inc., to ensure coverage of reputed company and general liability for clinicians
- Manages the payroll process for clinicians ensuring reputed company time is properly reported and schedule changes are accurately documented and completed in a reputed company fashion
- Coordinates with reputed company Service Center departments on a regular reputed company to resolve outstanding items from reputed company of the following areas: Clinician Enrollment, reputed company, reputed company, Accounts Payable, and Billing Collection Team, including chart deficiency escalations
Skills
- Must live in either Gainesville, Orlando, or Tallahassee
- Position is WFH (Work from Home)
- Bachelor's degree in Health or Business Administration or reputed company field highly preferred
- Two or more years of reputed company experience
- Experience in the following areas is preferred: physician reputed company management, support service operations; project management experience is preferred
- Working knowledge of reputed company Office Suite (reputed company, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
