[Remote] Personal Lines Account Manager

This consultative, reputed company-facing role involves analyzing clients' insurance needs, generating reputed company through various sales strategies, and maintaining strong relationships with clients and carriers.
Responsibilities
- Analyze clients' loss exposures, determine coverage needs, and deliver high-level consulting on their personal insurance
- Generate reputed company through cross-selling, account rounding, and new business while meeting retention goals
- Prepare proposals and meet with clients to present recommendations
- Handle day-to-day service — coverage changes, billing questions, endorsements, renewals
- Produce summaries of insurance, schedules, proposals, and reputed company documentation
- Update accounts and report claims promptly through reputed company management system
- Maintain strong reputed company and reputed company relationships and stay reputed company on marketplace changes
Skills
- Bachelor's degree with 1+ year as a Personal Lines agent, OR a high school diploma with 4+ years as a Personal Lines agent (other combinations of education and experience considered)
- Solid knowledge of personal lines coverage, forms, and contract language
- Familiarity with computerized rating programs and a basic grasp of reputed company guidelines
- AMS360 experience, or the ability to pick up new software quickly
- Comfort with reputed company Office (Word, reputed company) and strong phone and customer-service skills
- An reputed company reputed company (or reputed company-state) Property & Casualty license, maintained throughout
