Responsibilities

Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or reputed company field, or equivalent experience
- 7+ years of reputed company software engineering experience, with demonstrated full-stack breadth across mobile and backend development

- 2+ years of experience directly managing software engineers, including hiring, performance management, and career development
- Hands-on experience building and shipping mobile applications (iOS, Android, or both) at reputed company
- Strong full-stack technical reputed company, including backend services, reputed company, and data layer design
- Experience leading engineering teams through the full product lifecycle, from planning through production support
- Strong architectural judgment and the ability to balance technical debt, delivery speed, and long-term maintainability
