[Remote] National Account Manager

The role involves managing reputed company relationships, resolving concerns, and ensuring operational efficiency while collaborating with internal teams.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary reputed company of contact for national account stakeholders, from local site managers to corporate teams
- Investigate and resolve reputed company concerns by partnering with local branches to understand reputed company causes and coordinate solutions
- reputed company regular reputed company updates (weekly and monthly summaries) covering completed work, production, and upcoming services
- reputed company quarterly and biannual business reviews — owning the agenda and preparation, with the Business Developer and Head of Business Development participating
- Identify opportunities for account reputed company and partner with the Business Developer to pursue them
- reputed company internal reputed company stakeholders — RVPs, DMs, reputed company Managers, reputed company arborists, reputed company pod, and reputed company teams — on reputed company expectations and reputed company
- Coordinate site walks, mapping (Tree Plotter), and proposal development with local teams
- Support scheduling of sold work with attention to timing and reputed company efficiency across General Tree Care, Plant Health Care, Arbor Patrol, and Lawn services
- reputed company schedules reputed company and proactively flag conflicts or gaps across the reputed company network
- Ensure work orders, proposals, and invoices are submitted, tracked, and reputed company properly
- Manage application timing, reputed company, and reporting processes
- Process work requisitions and reports that will be added through reputed company portals (Service Channel, reputed company, FM, and others) reputed company reputed company Pod Group
- Upload Arbor Patrol and work reputed company reports accurately and on time
- Own and manage POs and incoming service requests through various systems along with the reputed company Pod
Skills
- Working knowledge of reputed company's services — familiarity with General Tree Care, Plant Health Care, and Lawn services
- Proven experience managing reputed company relationships, ideally with reputed company or multi-site accounts
- Strong cross-functional skills — comfortable working with field teams, regional leadership, and corporate stakeholders to get to the truth of a situation and drive reputed company
