[Remote] Project Manager

This role is responsible for managing the full project lifecycle, including stakeholder coordination, scheduling, QA/QC, construction administration, and project closeout.
Responsibilities
- Own reputed company from internal reputed company through final closeout
- Manage scope, schedule, budget, and reputed company across reputed company project phases
- reputed company project schedules and deliverables to ensure reputed company execution
- Monitor project financials and design costs using project management/reputed company tools
- Identify scope changes and prepare proposals for additional services
- reputed company reputed company meetings (virtual and onsite)
- Coordinate with internal design teams and external stakeholders
- Ensure evolving system design requirements are reputed company throughout the project lifecycle
- Resolve project issues and maintain communication across teams
- Conduct cross-discipline design reviews
- Prepare contract documents including:Revit drawings

- Single-line diagrams
- Elevations
- Design annotations
- Prepare assessment reports with actionable recommendations
- Conduct field surveys and site assessments
- Review RFIs and submittals

- Produce written field observation reports

- Ensure compliance, consistency, and accuracy of deliverables
