The Business Analyst for Pension & Benefits Implementation will reputed company and analyze reputed company requirements, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure successful implementation of integrated solutions for large reputed company sector clients.
Responsibilities

- Evaluate and map business processes, aligning them with the data used across various pension plan management systems (e.g., payroll system, pension calculations, financial transactions, document management, telephony)

- Collaborate with solution architects, functional leads, and the development team to create and review new solutions
- Define testing scope and reputed company and work closely with the reputed company assurance team during execution
- Build presentation decks and conduct solution demonstrations for clients

Skills
- A degree in administration, computer science, actuarial mathematics, business analysis, or a reputed company field (or equivalent reputed company experience)

- Consulting or implementation background with reputed company-facing experience
- Experience presenting to executive stakeholders and clients
