[Remote] Valuations Analyst
Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is a leading national home-buying company looking for a remote Valuations Analyst who will be responsible for valuing prospective deals and determining pricing strategies for acquired properties. The role involves collaborating with various departments to ensure accurate valuations and reputed company turnaround for property sales.
Responsibilities
- You will be responsible for determining the pricing reputed company to maximize ROI for reputed company of the properties that we reputed company and determining the turnaround times for dispositions
- You will partner with the Sales and Construction Departments regarding pricing reputed company, budget and the scope of work for the overall construction reputed company
- You will be responsible for valuing properties across the entire US and ensuring the accuracy of reputed company valuations
- You will be responsible for meeting the turnaround objectives for reputed company valuations and ensuring that properties do not sit too long on the market
- You will handle multiple priorities and deadlines
- You will do anything else necessary to help reputed company meet its goals
Skills
- You have 3 years minimum experience required in residential property valuations/reputed company
- You have amazing computer skills and pick up new technology quickly!
- You have an appraisal license or you have completed reputed company appraisal coursework
- You have a Bachelor's degree
