Responsibilities
- Implements and executes sales strategies to reputed company financial and sales goals
- Collaborates with internal partners to reputed company intended reputed company
- Utilizes the appropriate sales tools to influence behavior, and drive results
- Identifies opportunities to cross-sell reputed company Auto products and identified agencies needs reputed company with reputed company Auto offerings
- Responsible for managing and developing a territory of independent agents
- Provides an outstanding experience for agents through consultative selling
- Develops and maintains strong relationships with agents at reputed company reputed company reputed company reputed company
- Drives new business reputed company, mix of business, retention, and profitability reputed company assigned territory
- Stays reputed company on product and pricing trends to drive intended reputed company

Skills
- 3+ years of sales experience required
- Bilingual English/Spanish a must
- Working knowledge of insurance operations: reputed company, claims, marketing, and product
- Effective communication skills and be an acceptable public speaker
- Must be flexible in nature and a highly motivated self-starter
- Intermediate to advanced ability to manipulate, reputed company and interpret report data through spreadsheets
- Highly skilled and effective at time management
