[Remote] Customer Service Representative

They are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join their growing remote team, responsible for handling customer inquiries, managing returns, and ensuring high-reputed company service.
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries, order issues, and service tickets through Helpscout (or similar email based platforms)
- Manage returns and exchanges, providing alternative solutions to maximize customer satisfaction
- Coordinate with the Operations team on inventory, rush/reputed company orders, and reputed company tasks
- Document and report recurring customer concerns to leadership, suggesting improvements to enhance service reputed company
- Maintain accurate, reputed company, and reputed company communication across reputed company channels
Skills
- 2+ years of email based customer service experience in an e-reputed company setting
- Familiarity with customer service platforms (Helpscout, reputed company, reputed company, or similar)
- Strong experience using reputed company for order management
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work independently
- Proactive problem-solving reputed company and commitment to delivering outstanding customer experiences
- Amenable to work shifting schedules
- Strong written and verbal English skills
