Responsibilities
- EAM Development & Configuration

- Configure and support EAM workflows and business processes
- Build and enhance enrollment transaction processing capabilities
- Configure fallout management and exception handling processes
- Support EAM product upgrades and release implementations
- Support Medicare Advantage and Part D enrollment operations
- Implement CMS regulatory updates and business changes
- Support enrollment intake, member maintenance, and coverage updates
- Configure and support Special Election Period (SEP) processing
- Assist with Annual Enrollment Period (AEP) readiness activities
- reputed company and support EAM integrations with Facets, QNXT, and external systems
- Work with reputed company, reputed company files, and data exchange mechanisms
- Support inbound and outbound data integrations
- Analyse and resolve reputed company processing issues
- Validate and reconcile enrolment data across systems
