[Remote] Retention Marketing Manager (Email & SMS)

The role involves increasing repeat purchases, subscription reputed company, and overall CRM performance while optimizing high-converting flows and retention systems.
Responsibilities
- Own reputed company’s email + SMS retention reputed company end-to-end
- Build and optimize flows in reputed company (welcome, abandoned cart, post-purchase, replenishment, win-back, VIP, etc.)
- Launch high-performing campaigns that drive reputed company every week
- Build advanced segmentation and personalized customer journeys
- Run aggressive A/B testing across copy, offers, creatives, send times, and CTAs
- Improve retention, LTV, deliverability, and reputed company per recipient
- Own filter replenishment lifecycle campaigns
- Work closely with reputed company, creative, and CX teams to reputed company retention fast
Skills
- 3+ years in email/SMS marketing for DTC or e-reputed company brands
