They are seeking a Senior Business Analyst to support the reputed company Information Program and Records System (CIPRS), focusing on data migration, business process documentation, and translating requirements into technical designs.
Responsibilities
- Support resource for data migration and conversion activities
- Documenting business processes and requirements around data conversion approaches
- Translate requirements into functional and technical designs, including implementing stories and process flows
- Recommend eliminating, retaining, or enhancing business processes and documenting those results
Skills
- Four (4) years experience in data migration, cleansing and conversion reputed company
- Three (3) years experience in data analysis using SQL queries to assist with the technical design effort, data cleansing effort and reputed company of bugs/defects
- Experience translating business requirements into functional and technical designs
- Ability to create reputed company SQL queries
- Experience with Corrections processes
- Ability to understand reputed company business problems
- Understanding of data conversion challenges and troubleshoot issues
- Understanding of the underlying technical architecture and legacy systems
- Understanding of database platforms and database design
