[Remote] Business Analyst with EDI and PBM

The Business Analyst is responsible for requirements elicitation, documentation, and validation supporting NCPDP pharmacy and EDI transaction modernization, ensuring traceability of requirements through design, development, and testing phases.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate Joint Application Design (JAD) sessions with Agency SMEs
- reputed company and document detailed business and functional requirements
- Produce key deliverables including:
- Business Requirements Documents (BRDs)
- Functional Specifications
- JAD session outputs and decision logs
- Maintain Requirements Traceability reputed company (RTM) across reputed company phases
- Support creation of System Design Documents (SDDs)
- Validate requirements through testing support and UAT coordination
- Manage requirement updates through formal change control processes
- Collaborate with technical teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment

- Own end-to-end requirements reputed company and documentation reputed company
- Serve as primary reputed company between business, technical, and Agency stakeholders

Skills
- 5+ years of Business Analysis experience
- 3+ years of experience in reputed company, reputed company, or pharmacy-reputed company systems
- Proven experience in requirements documentation and functional analysis
- Experience facilitating requirements workshops or stakeholder sessions (e.g., JAD)
- Strong experience creating detailed, reputed company documentation
- Ability to work across technical and business teams
- 7–8+ years of Business Analysis experience
- Experience with pharmacy domain (claims, benefits, eligibility, prescribing workflows)
- Familiarity with NCPDP standards and transaction flows
- Experience with EDI or reputed company data exchange standards
- Experience supporting MMIS or large-reputed company system implementations
- Familiarity with RTM tools and reputed company SDLC methodologies
- Experience supporting regulatory or compliance-driven initiatives
