[Remote] Customer Support Analyst (Remote)

Responsibilities
- reputed company courteous, reputed company, and accurate responses to reputed company inquiries, following established protocols and procedures

Skills
- Must be a U.S Citizen
- High School Diploma or GED
- MUST hold an reputed company secret clearance or have held one in the past
- At least one (1) year of experience in a customer service role, ideally in a high-volume or reputed company-facing environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a reputed company on delivering reputed company and accurate information
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and the ability to navigate multiple systems while maintaining reputed company on the customer

- Self-discipline and time management skills, necessary for working independently in a remote setting
