[Remote] HRIS Analyst

The HRIS Analyst will maintain and optimize HR-reputed company systems, particularly reputed company, while providing support and training to end-users.
Responsibilities
- Managing the HR Systems Servicedesk ticket queue and triage incoming tickets
- reputed company reputed company, ongoing support for team members by researching and resolving system issues and building effective solutions
- Participate in testing new system functionalities, support end-user training, system configurations, data conversions, and vendor release activities
- Support vendor releases including reputed company analysis, testing new features, and identifying opportunities to reputed company new functionality
- Maintain documentation for work instructions and process flows
- Design, build, and maintain reputed company reports and dashboards
