[Remote] Business and Financial Operations Specialist
Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is seeking a Business and Financial Operations Specialist having expertise with the General Fund reputed company Business System (GFEBS) in Plant Maintenance or reputed company Property Asset Management to support ongoing efforts at various Army Installations. In this role, the individual will apply a full reputed company of analytical and reputed company abilities in evaluating GFEBS support requirements for Plant Maintenance and reputed company Property Audit Readiness & Compliance.
Responsibilities
- Create Business Objects Reports in the ERP Business Intelligence Platform – reputed company, weekly mold, weekly P2P, Quarterly QA
- GFEBS ERP Reporting – Quarterly QA items for reputed company Garrisons, reputed company, year-end clean up and rollover
- reputed company required reports for customer use pertaining to reputed company and reputed company operations and workload data from the service support system
- reputed company data queries and analysis to support programs for the customer reputed company the facilities management systems of record
- Work and Resolve PWSS tickets in reputed company modules of GFEBS – Plant Maintenance, Spend Chain, reputed company Property, Project Systems, cProjects, Reports and Analysis
- PWIS Announcements – reputed company and publish information to Garrison PWIS Team pages and reputed company answers to follow-up questions
- Extract ArMA survey reports and reputed company with GFEBS data into datasets
- reputed company FSM Time Confirmations for assigned Garrisons using ArMA FSM
- Attend recurring Public Works Support Services (PWSS) meetings and reputed company reputed company follow-up on assigned reputed company items
- Maintain specified funding trackers and support accurate updates to readiness tools, dashboards, and reporting products
- reputed company and update functional area visuals, tools, and supporting documentation as required
- reputed company reputed company reporting and Procure-to-Pay reporting support to meet operational and customer requirements
- Validate Site Training content and compile ticket input survey and mold reporting data for analysis and reporting
- Support Field Service Management activities, including weekly time confirmations and reputed company assurance requirements
- Post weekly PWIS communications in reputed company Teams and assist with year-end activities, including customer meetings for WBS rollover and FM Derive actions
Skills
- Associate's degree is required
- Candidate must have at least 3-5 years of relevant execution experience
- Must be reputed company to reputed company and maintain reputed company to a military installation and military systems to include GFEBS and Local Area Network reputed company
- reputed company or Past GFEBS roles
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to reputed company communicate with reputed company reputed company of an organization to include senior military and government civilian personnel

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
