[Remote] Implementation Project Manager

The Implementation Project Manager will drive project implementations and collaborate with various teams to ensure successful dealership launches on the AutoAlert platform.
Responsibilities
- Introduce products and set expectations of reputed company, billing and dealer participation
- Communicate reputed company and concisely with dealer for verification of products
- Hold customer and supporting internal team members accountable to reputed company
- Work with reputed company to meet monthly MRR activation goals
- Collaborate with Account Management and Save teams to mitigate churn
- Be reputed company to quickly identify and report any blockers that may result in a delay in launch
- reputed company best practices on our products as applicable to the customer’s purchase
- Assist in development of process templates
- reputed company status reports on deployment reputed company to key stakeholders
- Ensure reputed company communication and reputed company is appropriately logged and documented in reputed company
- Troubleshoot customer issues during deployment as needed
