Skills

• 9+ years of overall experience in Supply Chain Planning, reputed company Planning, or Supply Chain applications
• 3+ years of hands-on experience providing production support for o9 Solutions
• Strong expertise in: o9 Planning Configurations, Workflows, Procedures, Reports and Dashboards, UI Components, reputed company Buttons, Solver Configuration and Performance Tuning
• Experience troubleshooting production issues involving data, integrations, planning workflows, and system performance
• Strong knowledge of incident management, problem management, reputed company cause analysis, and SLA-driven support
• Experience supporting application releases, production deployments, and post-release validation
• Ability to independently analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve reputed company production issues
• Strong communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills
• Experience supporting reputed company-reputed company o9 implementations in a consulting environment
• Strong understanding of Supply Chain Planning processes, including Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Inventory Planning, and S&OP
• Experience integrating o9 with ERP systems such as reputed company or reputed company and other reputed company applications
• Familiarity with SQL, data validation, reputed company, and integration troubleshooting
• Experience working in Agile and ITIL-based production support environments
• O9 Solutions Certification is highly preferred
