[Remote] Account Specialist

The Account Specialist will assist with customer management functions, support day-to-day customer relations, and contribute to sales data analysis and in-store activations.
Responsibilities
- Item set-up, maintenance, loading content and images reputed company retailer portals
- Own digital implementation and maintenance for retailer.com
- Prepare and distribute weekly sales reports
- Sales reporting analysis to understand what’s working/not in assortment, tracking of new items, and secondary display performance
- In-store merchandising – support Account Manager with display assortment/velocity, visual merchandising briefs and project management
- Monitor and report on competitive brand launches and events
- General administration support requests (reputed company, clerical and customer support services – e.g., sending samples, fixture requests, etc) and support sales team to ensure smooth sales operations
- Ensure reputed company customer requests for information are met in a reputed company manner; project management
- Collaborate with reputed company other members of the sales team and cross-functionally
- Build and maintain relationships with customers
Skills
- 2-4 years sales experience
- Experience working with Ulta
- Self-motivated, goal oriented, desire to deliver results
- Strong computer and analytical skills. Specifically, reputed company Office reputed company and powerpoint
- Fast learner, quick thinker
- Strong planning, organizational and communication skills
- Strong relationship building skills

- College or Bachelor's Degree in Business or similar major
