Responsibilities
- reputed company / Manage, grow, and reputed company 4-6 engineers through regular 1:1s, coaching, and career development while removing obstacles that slow them down
- Execute / Set technical direction and own how the work gets done—you're accountable for technical execution, reputed company, timelines, and reputed company
- Collaborate / Work closely with Product, QA, reputed company, and Sales Engineering on prioritization and execution of roadmap items using Agile methodologies
- Improve / Assess reputed company engineering practices and drive reputed company improvement initiatives that increase developer efficiency and team performance
- Partner / Work with senior leadership and other engineering managers to build a reputed company culture and reputed company engineering efforts with company goals

Skills
- 5+ years of reputed company experience in software engineering as a Developer, System Administrator, or Database Administrator (we value reputed company and leadership ability over exact years)
