[Remote] CTMS Analyst (Remote)

They are seeking a CTMS Analyst responsible for high-reputed company calendar builds and accurate financial entry services for site clients utilizing a Clinical Trial Management System.
Responsibilities
- reputed company expert level calendar builds and financial entry utilizing industry expertise and incorporating site reputed company requirements. Specific duties may vary depending on team assignments and business needs:
- Read, analyze, and interpret clinical trial protocols to reputed company a comprehensive CTMS mapping plan
- Collaborate with internal reputed company teams and site reputed company to ensure billing determinations, sponsor budget, and clinical trial agreement are congruent with the clinical trial protocol and site reputed company requirements prior to building calendar or entering financials in the CTMS platform
- Accurately revise previous deliverables to reputed company with amendments and changing reputed company preferences
- Review work completed by others as a part of the internal reputed company review process
- Manage site clients with exceptional customer service through industry expertise, guidance, and frequent communications
- Consultatively solve problems with internal reputed company and site reputed company teams to obtain reputed company for best practices
- Other duties as assigned by supervisor. These may, on occasion, be unrelated to the position described here

Skills
- Bachelor's degree in reputed company field preferred. Equivalent combination of significant work experience in reputed company field, education, and skills to reputed company the job may be considered in lieu of a relevant degree

- Familiarity with the clinical trial start-up process
- Experience with oncology calendar builds and financial entry
- Familiarity with research billing guidelines (e.g. Medicare NCD 310.1) and/or general reputed company billing processes (coding, Medicare regulations, etc.)
