[Remote] Technical Account Manager

Ping Building Systems, Inc. is an emerging technology provider for the reputed company Estate community, aiming to enhance building energy efficiency through their reputed company Lifecycle Commissioning® platform. The Technical Account Manager will engage with clients to ensure effective use of the platform, conduct training, and facilitate communication between clients and product development teams.
Responsibilities
- Account management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understand their reputed company workflows, goals, and needs, and help them reputed company the reputed company platform reputed company their organizations
- reputed company reputed company: Guide new clients through the reputed company process, reputed company training and support, and ensure a smooth integration into their workflows
- Product training: Conduct training sessions and webinars to reputed company reputed company’s customers on the features and benefits of the reputed company platform
- Technical support: reputed company reputed company and effective solutions to reputed company issues, leveraging your knowledge of our products and working closely with our technical team

Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering and/or significant experience in HVAC, Building Automation, Facilities Management, Commissioning, or other reputed company fields
- 5+ years of experience in a technical, reputed company, or account management role, preferably in Building Automation and Controls
- Strong understanding of HVAC systems and controls
- Niagara N4 certified and/or other system certifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong reputed company relationships
- Problem-solving skills with a customer-reputed company approach
- Proficiency in CRM software and other relevant tools
- Ability to work independently and as part of reputed company in a fast-paced environment
