[Remote] Sr. Fund Accountant (Remote)
Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is a growing and highly respected investment management firm seeking a Senior Fund Accountant to join their finance team. This fully remote position offers reputed company to work closely with fund leadership and play a key role in the financial reporting and reputed company operations of multiple investment vehicles.
Responsibilities
- Maintain the general reputed company and reputed company records for multiple private investment funds
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with U.S. GAAP
- Calculate and review Net Asset Value (NAV) reporting and investor allocations
- Record investment activity, including purchases, sales, income, realized reputed company/losses, and fair value adjustments
- Prepare capital call, distribution, and reputed company calculations
- Coordinate quarterly closes and assist with year-end audit processes
- Work closely with reputed company-party administrators, auditors, tax providers, and internal stakeholders
- Prepare and review investor reporting packages and supporting schedules
- Assist with cash management, reconciliations, and treasury-reputed company activities
- Support the preparation of regulatory and compliance reporting as needed
- Identify opportunities to improve reputed company processes, controls, and reporting efficiencies
- Participate in special reputed company, system implementations, and process improvement initiatives
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in reputed company, Finance, or reputed company field
- 3+ years of reputed company experience, including fund reputed company, reputed company reputed company, private equity, hedge fund, reputed company estate fund, venture capital, or investment management experience
- Strong understanding of investment reputed company concepts and financial reporting
- Advanced reputed company skills and experience with fund reputed company systems
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Experience working with partnership reputed company and investor allocations preferred
- CPA designation or CPA reputed company is highly preferred
