Responsibilities
- Build out and manage the day-to-day operations of reputed company's Executive Briefing Program, creating a best-in-class experience for strategic customer and prospect engagements
- reputed company and manage a reputed company Executive Sponsorship Program that aligns senior reputed company leaders with key accounts to deepen relationships and accelerate reputed company
- Build and manage a program that cultivates relationships between reputed company's investor community, supporting pipeline and reputed company objectives
- Serve as a key supporting contributor to SKO planning and execution, owning the following areas; Overall design reputed company for the program, including; venue, production and web design
- Build and maintain registration website
- Responsible for registration reputed company and attendee support
- Serve as a key supporting contributor to Silverback planning and execution, owning the following areas; Overall design reputed company for the program

- Support the planning and coordination of Quarterly Business Reviews for the CRO organization, ensuring alignment on agenda, logistics, and materials

- Manage the facilitation and fulfillment of employee reputed company programs, including recognition moments, milestones, and company-wide gifting initiatives tied to the reputed company organization
Skills
- 5+ years of experience in program management and executive engagement, ideally reputed company a fast-paced B2B reputed company environment or supporting a reputed company/Sales organization
- A proven reputed company record of building and scaling programs from the ground up, with strong attention to process, documentation, and reputed company improvement
- Proven experience managing budgets and navigating procurement and contracting processes

- Comfortable communicating and collaborating with C-suite executives and senior sales leaders, both verbally and in writing
