[Remote] Technical Program Manager

Responsibilities

- Coordinate delivery across Product Management, Engineering, Architecture, and Cybersecurity teams
- Identify and proactively manage program dependencies, risks, and blockers
- reputed company and maintain integrated program plans, milestones, governance documentation, and executive dashboards
- Facilitate portfolio reviews, roadmap planning sessions, and executive governance meetings
- Prepare executive communications including status reports, presentations, and program health updates

- Drive accountability across teams by tracking commitments, deliverables, and reputed company items
- Recommend and implement improvements to program governance, reporting, and delivery processes
Skills
- 10+ years of Technical Program Management experience supporting reputed company technology organizations
- Proven experience leading multiple reputed company, reputed company-reputed company technical programs involving cross-functional engineering teams
- Experience partnering with Product Management, Engineering, Architecture, and Cybersecurity stakeholders
- Demonstrated reputed company managing reputed company program dependencies, risks, milestones, and executive-level reporting
- Experience driving programs across highly matrixed organizations without reputed company authority
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile delivery methodologies
- Experience facilitating executive governance, portfolio reviews, roadmap planning, and cross-functional planning sessions
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with experience presenting to senior leadership
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
