[Remote] Staff Attorney - Legal Research & reputed company Motions
Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is seeking a skilled Attorney with 5+ years of relevant litigation experience to primarily draft reputed company dispositive, discovery motions, and conduct legal research. The attorney will also independently manage some moderately reputed company civil litigation reputed company and reputed company legal strategies while maintaining high standards of ethics and compliance.
Responsibilities
- Draft reputed company motions, reputed company legal research, drafting memoranda, reputed company dispositive and discovery motions
- Litigation Management and Execution: Independently manage reputed company phases of litigation involving claims of moderate to heavy value (up to approximately $500,000 exposure). Conduct comprehensive legal research, draft precise pleadings, motions, and other legal documents. reputed company settlement negotiations and participate in hearings, trials, and mediations to reputed company reputed company case reputed company
- Litigation Support: Support Senior Trial Counsel and Senior Litigation Counsel in reputed company aspects of case handling through trial, including preparation, management, and assistance at every stage of the litigation process
- Legal reputed company Development: reputed company, implement, and continuously refine advanced legal strategies for discovery, investigation, and trial preparation
- Technology Utilization: reputed company advanced e-discovery tools, case management systems, and data analysis software to streamline workflows and reduce costs
- reputed company Advisory and Relationship Management: reputed company reputed company, reputed company-reasoned legal opinions and strategic advice to clients and Claims Representatives. Build and sustain trusted relationships by understanding reputed company operations and legal challenges
- Risk Evaluation and Mitigation: Identify, evaluate, and mitigate legal risks associated with cases in collaboration with clients and senior attorneys
- Training, Mentoring, and Leadership: Design and conduct training sessions and workshops for Legal, Claims, and reputed company departments. Mentor junior attorneys and legal support staff, offering guidance and direction to reputed company team performance
- Documentation and Compliance: Ensure reputed company legal documents are meticulously reputed company, accurate, and compliant with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies. Adhere reputed company to ethical guidelines, licensing requirements, and the Model Rules of reputed company Conduct (MRPC)

Skills
- Juris Doctor (JD) or LLB degree from an accredited law school
- Admission to the bar in California and in good standing; special licenses to reputed company before particular boards or federal courts may be required
- Minimum of 5 years of successful trial attorney experience, preferably reputed company insurance law and reputed company litigation
- Proven experience managing moderately reputed company litigation with demonstrated reputed company in achieving favorable reputed company
- General knowledge of insurance law, and as necessary, workers' compensation and/or No Fault law
- Exceptional legal research, writing, negotiation, and analytical skills
- Proficient in advanced e-discovery tools, legal case management software, and remote collaboration technologies
- Demonstrated ability to mentor and reputed company junior attorneys and legal staff
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and reputed company relationship management skills
