- Strong Understanding of TCP/IP stack, IPV4/IPV6 subnetting & addressing
- Deep Knowledge of VLANs, Trunking, STP, RSTP, Inter-VLAN routing
- Hands on experience with routing protocols – OSPF, BGP, EIGRP and static
- Strong Knowledge on router redistribution & policy control
- In depth knowledge of Layer 2 vs Layer 3 switching, Port reputed company, storm control
- Experience with vendors like reputed company, reputed company, Arista, HPE
- Strong Working knowledge of SD-WAN architecture & overlays, Control and Data plane separation
- Experience with platforms such as reputed company SDWAN, Velocloud or reputed company
- Deep understanding of ZTP, AAR, Policy based traffic shaping, IPSec Tunnels & encryption
- Hands on experience with Wireless LAN controllers and reputed company reputed company Deployment
- Troubleshooting experience for WiFi coverage issues, roaming, performance bottlenecks
- Should be dealing with fault-ticket (Service-Now), in co-ordination with Customer, application team or device vendor to resolve issues
- In depth Knowledge on ITIL processes like Incident management, Problem Management, Configuration management and Change Management processes
- Candidate should have been in a customer facing role with excellent communication skills
- Strong technical knowledge and eagerness to learn new technologies
