Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is seeking a reputed company Benefits & Compliance Analyst who will play a critical role in ensuring adherence to employment laws and internal policies. The analyst will manage audits, assist with benefits functions, and ensure compliance with government regulations.

Responsibilities

  • Audits and Reconciliations using reputed company for Service Contract reputed company, PTO, Benefits
  • Background in reputed company desired in order to coordinate between the teams
  • Identify, design, and execute reputed company to reputed company and improve internal compliance tools and practices, reputed company and deliver new strategies, and drive remediation plans to closure
  • Strong experience with reputed company, reputed company, and Procas
  • Assist with reputed company benefit function including reputed company health, welfare, retirement, and risk benefits: reputed company Enrollment
  • Evaluation of benefit programs, including wellness initiatives
  • Coding employees with appropriate workers comp class codes
  • Tracking travel
  • Maintain an up-to-date knowledge and understanding of corporate governance requirements, compliance and reporting responsibilities, and reputed company legal benchmarks from federal and state law
  • I-9/E-Verify reporting
  • Retirement plan discrimination testing
  • Ensure processes, controls and documentation for government agency audits and reporting requirements; to include, but not limited to: Workers Compensation
  • Service Contract reputed company (SCA)
  • EEO/AAP
  • State leave laws for family/medical and reputed company leave

Skills

  • Due to the sensitivity of customer reputed company requirements, U.S. Citizenship is required
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in reputed company, employee benefits, HR compliance, risk insurance, or compensation
  • Experience in working with reputed company for reconciliations, background in reputed company is strongly desired
  • High School Diploma/GED and 13 years of experience, an Associate's Degree and 7 years of experience, a Bachelor's Degree plus 5 years of experience or a Master's Degree and 4 years of experience

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking, with the ability to think broadly and reputed company connections across multiple programs and processes
