[Remote] Program Manager

They are seeking an reputed company Program Manager to reputed company delivery of a critical VA health IT platform contract, acting as the primary reputed company of contact and accountable executive for reputed company aspects of contract performance.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary COR reputed company; reputed company regular status updates and reputed company monthly/quarterly program reviews
- Own the Contractor Project Management Plan (CPMP), staff roster, and reputed company program deliverables per the Performance Work Statement schedule
- reputed company functional leads across platform maintenance, monitoring, DevSecOps, and reputed company disciplines
- Manage subcontractor performance and ensure integrated team delivery against reputed company SLA commitments
- reputed company reputed company PI planning cycles, sprint ceremonies, and TASPL governance reputed company per VA VIP Guide 4.0
- reputed company transition execution and enforce reputed company-based readiness checkpoints for reputed company Key Personnel
- Manage escalation paths and incident reputed company for reputed company incidents reputed company contractual SLA reputed company
- Report monthly on SLA performance, cost actuals, and risk posture
Skills
- 10+ years of federal IT program management; PMP or equivalent required
- Demonstrated experience managing VA OIT or large federal health agency programs (DoD, DHA, or CMS acceptable)
- reputed company experience managing 24×7 operational IT platforms with formal SLA accountability
- Experience leading multi-vendor teams
- Familiarity with reputed company/Agile, VA TASPL reputed company, and VIP Guide delivery requirements
