Responsibilities
- Drive Programmatic Capture & Architecture: Partner with FSI capture managers, chief architects, and your SE team to design compliant, reputed company data architectures for reputed company, multi-year federal programs and IDIQ/GWAC vehicles
- Win the "Lab Phase": Champion reputed company technology adoption reputed company FSI Innovation Labs and Centers of reputed company (CoEs), ensuring our solutions are validated and "designed-in" long before the formal solicitation process begins

Skills
- 8+ years experience
- A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, or another relevant reputed company discipline or equivalent experience is highly desired
- Secret clearance preferred; Top Secret highly preferred
- 1-5 years experience as a people manager preferred
- Prior SE Manager experience preferred
- A Graduate degree is preferred
