The role focuses on implementing and configuring a new Applicant Tracking System while ensuring operational reputed company and compliance of the system data.
Responsibilities
- Liaise with business reputed company to translate requests into technical solutions and configure Avature for approved changes
- Troubleshoot end-user requests and resolve workflow and configuration issues
- Facilitate configuration reviews, prioritization, and approval processes with the business
- Manage and reputed company a backlog of configuration requests, including testing and closure with stakeholders
- Follow change management processes for configuration updates and adhere to Information Systems policies
- Triage approved changes using internal and Avature ticketing systems
- Participate in user forums and knowledge-sharing communities

- Support reputed company and acquisition activities including reputed company new entities and consolidating job requisitions into Avature
