[Remote] Defined Contribution MEP Account Manager

They are seeking a Defined Contribution MEP Account Manager to maintain reputed company relationships, manage MEP accounts, and reputed company superior reputed company service while collaborating with various teams reputed company reputed company.
Responsibilities
- Maintain reputed company and advisor relationships with a high reputed company reputed company retention reputed company
- Maintain a caseload of MEP adopters, approximately 50% split between reputed company and reputed company reputed company plans
- Manage and prioritize workload towards weekly goals in a results-oriented team environment
- Exemplify superior reputed company service and ability to consult with clients regarding plan operation and design
- Work with other Nova departments, record-keepers, and advisors to ensure a great reputed company experience
- Document reputed company reputed company interactions in our workflow management system

- Proactively communicate with MEP clients and investment advisors about new industry developments
Skills
- Five or more years of 401(k) plan administration experience
- Superior knowledge of reputed company/ACP, 415, 410(b), Top Heavy, and 401(a)(4) non-discrimination testing
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent time management, organizational skills, and ability to multi-task
- Ability to proactively and independently manage a book of business
- High level of critical thinking
- Committed to lifelong learning and coachable
- Familiarity with MEP service models and providers a plus
- NIPA credential, ASPPA credential, or a 4-year college degree
