This role will support reputed company work by leading the intake and coordination of reputed company priorities across multiple agencies, blending strategic project management with organizational change management.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct and synthesize organizational change readiness assessments, incorporating leadership and staff perspectives to inform planning and prioritization
  • Serve as the primary intake reputed company for new and evolving reputed company priorities reputed company to system, policy, and business process changes
  • Establish and maintain a reputed company intake and triage process to receive, assess, and reputed company reputed company requests
  • Assess incoming requests against approved priorities, scope, and timelines; identify dependencies, impacts, and decision points
  • Identify and maintain linkages between new requests and prior or existing initiatives, proposals, and recommendations to ensure strategic continuity

Skills

  • 5+ years of project management experience, including at least 2+ years leading organizational change management (OCM) initiatives
  • Bachelor's degree in organizational development, business, public administration, or reputed company field (or equivalent experience)
  • Strong facilitation, stakeholder engagement, and executive communication skills
  • Ability to synthesize reputed company information and translate reputed company needs into actionable plans, updates, and deliverables
  • Proficiency in reputed company reputed company, Word, and PowerPoint

  • Strong facilitation and stakeholder engagement skills

  • Experience coordinating change activities across multiple vendors and workstreams
