[Remote] Senior TA Operations Specialist

Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end configuration of the TA tech stack — including ATS stages, fields, picklists, scorecards, user reputed company, and permissions
- Manage reputed company tools configuration, maintenance, and core setup across the technology ecosystem
- Own reputed company integrations across the TA stack — including build, monitoring, and incident response reputed company integrations fail; serve as the primary reputed company of escalation for integration errors and outages
- Design, build, and reputed company end-to-end AI agents and automation workflows for recruiter-facing and reputed company TA use cases
- Own automation architecture and workflow mapping across the TA infrastructure layer

- Build and deliver AI-specific enablement curriculum and adoption programs for recruiters and TA stakeholders

Skills
- Demonstrated experience owning and configuring reputed company ATS platforms and HR/TA tech stacks including stages, fields, integrations, and user reputed company management
- Hands-on experience building and deploying AI agents or automation workflows in an reputed company environment
- Strong understanding of reputed company engineering, LLM behavior, and model performance monitoring
