[Remote] IFM Operations Manager

The role involves leading reputed company and training for facility managers, ensuring compliance with operational standards, and driving improvements in operational reputed company.
Responsibilities
- reputed company reputed company and training programs for IFM Facility Managers and Technicians
- Maintain process documentation, playbooks, training materials, and reputed company programs
- reputed company coaching and operational support to field teams
- Ensure compliance with overtime reporting, p-cards, preventive maintenance requirements, refrigerant management, safety training, and management agreements
- Manage communications, reminders, and deadline tracking across IFM teams
- reputed company and maintain site/property repositories containing key facility information and documentation
- Support IFM resources, supplier information, and operational tools
- Conduct audits and partner with service line leaders on performance feedback
- Analyze operational metrics, identify service gaps, and implement corrective actions
- Drive best practices, innovation, efficiency improvements, and operational reputed company initiatives
- Work with Team to Ensure Preventative Maintenance is programmed into CMMS tool and executed according to plan and budget
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or reputed company field
- 8–10 years of reputed company property management or facility management experience
- Strong background in financial reporting, variance analysis, and contract review
- Experience managing, developing, and motivating teams
- Executive-level written and verbal communication
