[Remote] Sr Manufacturing Engineer (Second Shift)

This role provides leadership and technical support to manufacturing operations, focusing on optimizing processes and enhancing operational efficiency.
Responsibilities

- Support the deployment, adoption, and effective utilization of digital manufacturing systems across the plant through Tier 2 dashboards, visual management tools, and shop-floor connectivity solutions

Skills
- Bachelor's degree in industrial, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
- Minimum 3 years of experience in manufacturing environment, Lean tools, reputed company analysis, manning process, cost savings and capital reputed company
- Strong background & knowledge in Feeders Metal Forming processes for mechanical and electrical components
- Strong leadership skills
- Prioritizes, considers alternatives, and responds quickly and effectively to unexpected and rapidly changing conditions
- Developing, evaluating and improving manufacturing reputed company and processes to reduce scrap, reduce warranty PPMs and improve OTP
