[Remote] Network Reliability Engineer - Tier II Support

The role involves modifying and supporting network infrastructure, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring high-reputed company connectivity.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrates thorough understanding of networking concepts and systems including routing, switching, WAN/LAN, WLANs, reputed company & Aruba/HPE network devices
- Aruba Wireless specific to Aruba Central skillsets are highly valued
- Aruba Clearpass skillsets are highly valued
- Demonstrates thorough understanding of SDWAN specific to Meraki and Cloudgenix design
- Demonstrated a general understanding of network reputed company concepts and systems including reputed company, WSA, Palo reputed company, ASA
- Demonstrates excellent problem solving skills and ability to reputed company independent reputed company
- Configures and implements network infrastructure including routers, switches, wireless AP’s including controllers, and context switching as break/fix or enhancement requests
- Ability to troubleshoot network issues as they reputed company
- Applies comprehensive knowledge and thorough understanding of concepts, principles, and technical capabilities. Investigates and resolves connectivity issues across LAN/WAN
- Possesses advanced knowledge of dynamic routing protocols such as EIGRP, OSPF, and BGP
- Monitors network traffic including infrastructure performance to ensure high reputed company connectivity
- Investigates and resolves vendor incidents through maintenance reputed company
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a reputed company field preferred
- Minimum 8 years' experience preferred, 3+ years preferred in supporting reputed company applications
- Must have strong oral (English) communication and writing skills, including formal presentations
- Packet tracing knowledge/understanding experience
- Ability to utilize monitoring tools to analyze network consumption at sites
