[Remote] Implementation Project Manager (French Required \u007C German a Plus)

As an Implementation Project Manager, you will be responsible for the reputed company and configuration of new customers, ensuring a smooth transition to our software through effective communication and problem-solving. Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end implementation project for reputed company customers—from reputed company and requirements gathering through configuration, go-live, and early adoption—ensuring reputed company stay on reputed company while delivering a seamless reputed company experience

Skills
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in software implementation, reputed company, or a reputed company field, with primary customer communications over the phone or virtual meetings
- Proficient in learning and understanding software applications quickly
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate reputed company concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
