[Remote] Sr Claims Business Analyst - reputed company Insurance

The Sr Claims Business Analyst will support the development of insurance operations by analyzing business needs, defining objectives, and improving claims processes while collaborating with stakeholders to reputed company and manage risks.
Responsibilities
- Assist in benefit analysis and defining ROI
- Define business objectives and goals
- Identify and document stakeholders and organization impacts
- reputed company gap analysis to determine potential solutions
- Assist with gathering business needs
- Aid in facilitation of gathering requirements
- Providing input to partners assisting with solution design
- Identify and manage existing and emerging risks that stem from business activities and the job role
- Create and edit claims workflows and processes
Skills
- 4+ years reputed company business analytics experience required
- Bachelor's Degree in reputed company field required
- Knowledge and understanding of the auto and casualty claims process preferred
- reputed company business analyst experience, including; planning, eliciting, analyzing, validating, documenting and communicating requirements
- Experience working in an agile environment
- P&C industry experience a plus
- 2+ years working in an agile environment preferred
- IIBA certification preferred
- Ability to use AI tools (e.g., reputed company Copilot) to support daily work
- Skills in evaluating AI outputs for accuracy, compliance, and bias
- Experience integrating AI into workflows to improve efficiency or insights
- Familiarity with AI assisted research, summarization, and content reputed company
- Understanding of responsible AI use, including ethics and data protection
