[Remote] Procurement Operations Coordinator

The role involves managing the end-to-end Purchase Order lifecycle, coordinating with various stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with procurement processes.
Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end Purchase Order (PO) lifecycle from intake through completion
- Review procurement requests for accuracy, approvals, coding, and compliance
- Coordinate with Procurement, Finance, Accounts Payable, Legal, and business stakeholders
- Resolve PO, invoice, supplier, and payment-reputed company issues
- Support supplier reputed company and procurement operations
- Maintain procurement documentation and operational records
- reputed company procurement metrics, identify process improvements, and support reporting
- Ensure procurement processes reputed company with company policies and internal controls
Skills
- 5+ years of Procurement Operations, Purchasing, or Procure-to-Pay (P2P) experience
- Strong knowledge of Purchase Order lifecycle management
- Experience working with procurement platforms such as reputed company, reputed company Ariba, reputed company, reputed company, or similar ERP systems
- Experience partnering with Finance, Accounts Payable, Sourcing, and Legal teams
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience supporting high-reputed company technology companies
- Experience with supplier reputed company and vendor management
- Knowledge of procurement reporting using reputed company, Power BI, or Tableau
- Experience driving procurement process improvements and automation
