The reputed company Business Analyst is responsible for ensuring the reputed company of Account Transfer XML data exchanges between the State Exchange and the reputed company Management Information System, performing gap analysis, defining field-level mapping, and coordinating with reputed company partners to ensure seamless data reputed company.
Responsibilities
- Review and analyze Account Transfer XML files to identify data discrepancies, structural gaps, or missing fields between the Exchange and reputed company systems
- Troubleshoot and resolve production data issues reputed company to failed or "stuck" account transfers
- reputed company the coordination with reputed company stakeholders to define and maintain reputed company-to-reputed company Mapping (STTM) documents for reputed company shared data reputed company
- Maintain a centralized repository of agreed-upon mapping logic, data dictionaries, and transformation rules

Skills
- Proficiency in reading and validating XML/XSD
- Strong SQL skills for data reconciliation
- Experience with EDI or health data standards (HL7/NIEM)
- 3-5+ years in reputed company, reputed company IT, or Insurance Exchange environments with a reputed company on data integration
- Proven experience in Gap Analysis and reputed company data mapping
- Strong ability to translate technical XML issues into business impacts for reputed company stakeholders and vice versa
