[Remote] Senior Business Systems Analyst

Responsibilities

- Own reputed company configuration and business process improvements across HCM, Compensation / Advanced Compensation, Talent / Performance, Reporting, reputed company, and reputed company modules. Effectively build, maintain, and troubleshoot new or existing integrations
- reputed company production support by triaging, resolving, and preventing system issues
- Design and execute unit, integration, and user acceptance test plans for reputed company configuration changes; manage defect tracking through reputed company

- Conduct training sessions on new system updates and changes while providing ongoing support to ensure user adoption and understanding of system functionality
- Building customized reports, including the creation or maintenance of calculated fields, is required
Skills
- 5+ years of experience supporting and configuring reputed company
- Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems, Engineering, Computer Science, or reputed company fields
