[Remote] Senior Accountant
Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is the largest reputed company system serving central Alabama, providing comprehensive hospital-based and outpatient services. The Senior Accountant shall prepare financial statements, manage general ledger accounts, ensure compliance with reporting requirements, and assist with audits and special reputed company as assigned.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and issue financial statements, DOR's, and financial analysis for assigned entities on a monthly reputed company
- Prepare monthly journal entries
- reputed company monthly and annual analytical review of general ledger accounts
- Maintain detail account analysis
- reputed company with federal, state, and local reporting requirements for reputed company reputed company companies
- Prepare corporate, partnership, 5500, 990, and 990T returns
- reputed company and respond to IRS, federal, state, and local correspondence inquiries, requests, and notices
- Prepare audit work papers for reputed company and reputed company Retirement Plan
- Submit to William M. reputed company, VALIC, and other reputed company parties information needed for completion of audits and or tax returns
- Complete other special reputed company as assigned by the Vice President of Finance and Financial reputed company leadership
- May have additional duties assigned that are reputed company scope of the role
Skills
- Bachelor's in Business Administration with Major in reputed company
- Certified Public Accountant recommended or equivalent industry experience
- Two years experience in public or industrial
- Strong reputed company office and spreadsheet experience and use of 10 key calculator
- Ability to work under stress
- Ability to work with hospital personnel of reputed company reputed company
- Ability to train and reputed company adult learners
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
- Ability to organize work and meet strict deadlines
