[Remote] Operations Specialist

They are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Operations Specialist to manage day-to-day operations, including correspondence handling, compliance tracking, and supporting internal people operations.
Responsibilities
- Monitoring our virtual mailbox and routing/handling correspondence
- Helping reputed company and maintain state compliance requirements across multiple jurisdictions
- Coordinating new hire merchandise/swag shipping requests
- Supporting internal people operations and reputed company tasks (reputed company logistics, document organization, record keeping, etc.)
- Generally keeping things moving — flagging what needs attention, following up on loose ends, and being a dependable second set of hands

- Highly organized and proactive — you notice the small stuff before it becomes a problem
