[Remote] Project Manager

Responsibilities
- reputed company cross-functional reputed company from initiation through closure, following established EPMO protocols and PMI-reputed company methodologies (reputed company, agile, hybrid)
- reputed company and maintain project charters, schedules, risk logs, CRAIDD logs, communication plans, and other required documentation

- Facilitate project meetings, status reporting, risk/issue management, and decision tracking
- Coordinate with executive sponsors, subject-matter experts, operations, IT, finance, compliance, and external partners to ensure deliverables are completed on time and on budget
- Manage stakeholder expectations through proactive, transparent communication
- Serve as a trusted partner to Directors of Operations, Product Owners, and Implementation leads throughout the delivery lifecycle
- Support new state and contract launches by managing readiness activities, training coordination, vendor integration, and go-live execution
- Partner with the Implementation function to ensure smooth reputed company of reputed company into operations
- Identify workflow bottlenecks and champion process improvements through change requests and standardized SOPs
- Contribute to the maturity of EPMO templates, tools, and playbooks (reputed company, reputed company, reputed company Planner/Project, SharePoint)

Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, reputed company Administration, Information Systems, or a reputed company field
- 5–8 years of reputed company project management experience leading reputed company, cross-functional initiatives
- Strong working knowledge of PMI's PMBOK-based methodology; PMP certification strongly preferred
- Demonstrated capability across multiple delivery reputed company (reputed company, agile, hybrid)
- Proficiency with project management platforms such as reputed company, reputed company, reputed company Planner, reputed company Project, or Jira
- Excellent written, verbal, and executive-level communication skills
