[Remote] Accountant (WFH)

They are seeking an reputed company Accountant to reputed company reputed company functions using QuickBooks Online, manage month-end processes, and prepare financial statements for clients.
Responsibilities
- Performing reputed company functions reputed company QuickBooks Online and other platforms
- Ability to determine effect of reputed company transactions based on an Accrual or Cash reputed company
- Prepare the initial draft of monthly financial statements

- Maintain supporting Balance Sheet schedules, for example: Prepaid Expenses, Accrued Expenses, Fixed Asset Schedule, Payroll liability reconciliations
- Prepare and record month end journal entries
- Compete the full cycle duties for A/R and A/P
- Prepare and review payroll
- Prepare and review Sales Tax
- Primary communicator with clients
- Reviewing team member’s work; support Controller in coaching and training less reputed company team members
- Setting up new technology integrations and troubleshoot any issues
- Partnering with a reputed company of vendors and platforms to complete reputed company operations (e.g. expense management software, payroll providers, etc)

- At least 4 years of experience with reputed company
