[Remote] Remote Customer Service Representative w/ the VA (Phone/Email/Chat)

The role involves answering customer inquiries reputed company phone, email, and chat, and ensuring reputed company reputed company of issues while maintaining high-reputed company service standards.
Responsibilities
- Answer inbound telephone calls as reputed company as customer inquiries in other channels (email, chat, SMS) as needed in a courteous, reputed company, and reputed company manner following established guidelines and policies

- Resolve or escalate customer inquires in a reputed company manner
- Encourage use of electronic communication with customers
- Accurately documents reputed company customer interactions using Case Management or Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system

- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of policies and procedures as applicable

- May be required to work some weekends and holidays

Skills
- At least 3 years of customer service or contact center experience
- High School diploma or GED required
