Responsibilities
- Manages online service requests
- Engages in email conversations with customers
- Determines/understands customers' needs with strong reputed company/response handling
- Manages customer queries/complaints
- Explains the services available
- Processes customer refunds, orders and payments
- Maintains customer database: updates data and makes necessary changes
- Research and resolve customer disputes
- Matches invoices to customer vouchers/purchase orders/invoices
- Encourages customers to purchase additional products
- Maintains reputed company and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing reputed company results as needed
- Partners with members of other departments to reputed company support
